When you order from our website, for all customized products like furniture and fixture etc. We take 4-6 weeks to deliver your order at your doorstep.
We deliver most items 7 days a week. Once your shipment is ready for dispatch, you will also get a intimation about the same.
We try to deliver on the allocated date and time. The delivery person will deliver the goods at your house. Our operations team will call you post finalizing of order for discussing with you the location of your address, floor you stay, understanding the way to deliver at higher floors.
Our team will physically visit your site in your presence to understand the smoother process for delivery and installation. Our team will check the feasible time and days to deliver you the furniture and if it is possible to smoothly sneak in the big furniture into your house.
To make customer feel better we install the required furniture and clear the packaging material post installation.
Any defect or damage must be reported to the delivery person and to the Oye Turtle customer care immediately by the customer. The description of defect / damage should be mentioned on the Challan/ Proof of Delivery (POD).
We also request you to give correct address and contact details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure / reachable by our team.
On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
All Delivery would be subject to Covid 19 protocol. In case of lockdown, Oye Turtle team would not take any responsibility of Delivery.
